SMA CONNECTOR 50 OHM JACK REV POL RG-58 HEADER AMPHENOL
Reverse polarity is a coding system achieved with an inverted interface. This ensures, for example, that a reverse polarity SMA will not match a standard SMA. Amphenol's RP plugs have a female contact; Jacks has a male contact. Some competitors prefer to use reverse threading to achieve their RP encoding. Available for RG-316, RD-316, RG-142, RG-178, Belden 9913 and RG-58 cable.
Amphenol's reverse polarity BNC, TNC and SMA connectors (RP-BNCTM, RP-TNCTM, RP-SMATM) are designed for use in spread spectrum wireless applications.
