MID CONVERTER 1000 MM SC 850NM 550M MC200CM TP-LINK
The MC200CM is a media converter designed to convert 1000BASE-SX fiber cable to 1000Base-T copper cable or vice versa. The MC200CM is designed in accordance with the IEEE802.3ab, 1000Base-T, IEEE802.3z, and 1000Base-SX standards. It can be used with multimode fiber cable using an SC type connector. The MC200CM supports the shortwave (SX) laser specification at full transmission speed. It works at 850 nm both in sending and receiving data.
Other features of this module include the possibility of being used as a device by itself (without the need for a case) or with a TP-LINK 19″ chassis. In addition, it automatically detects the MDI/MDI-X mode for the TX port and includes status LEDs on a front panel. The MC200CM extends the optical transmission distance up to 0.55 km by using multi-mode fiber.
